The family that runs this place is amazing. Helpful, accommodating and friendly. The cottages are modern and comfortable. They have all of the comforts of home. I highly recommend it and look forward to our next visit!

We are a local couple from Burlington, VT but we stayed at Cozy Cottages for two nights this week while our apartment water heater was being repaired. We are so glad we did! The cottage was absolutely lovely and sat right on the water (in a bay of the big lake). The water was hot, the propane stove was great for ambiance, the kitchen was full sized and easy to use, and the owners even allowed us to bring our cat. Good wifi by Vermont standards for working, in case that matters to you :) Even though we live so close, I'd love to go back. David and Alan were responsive, gracious, friendly hosts- we couldn't have asked for better. "Cozy" and "cottages" really describe exactly what this place is. Thank you David and Alan for a memorable stay at a time when we needed a place to call home! I felt like I was back at my grandparents' summer cabin, which was a really nice feeling.

We had a wonderful week at The Cozy Cottages. The cottages were truly cozy and clean with a full kitchen. Even though we were on back row, we still had a great view. The sunsets were outstanding! The owner was very nice and very accommodating. The lake was low and he hustled and arranged to have the boat launch dug out lower so we could get our boat in the water. We highly recommend these cottages for a relaxing vacation and great fishing!

Wonderful place and a step above your run of the mill fish camp. If you like to fish and love sunsets here is your place. You can catch bass, bluegill, and pike right off the dock. The sunsets are spectacular. Yes you need to bring your own linen, but they have W/D in the unit. I've stayed here at least three years and will keep coming back. Alan is very helpful and always nearby. If you want the Mariott then go stay there. If you want the best view then reserve the lower row of cabins early. Cabin 11 is my favorite. Cell phone reception and wifi is spotty but you are not here for technology. You are here to relax. I highly recommend this place. The best fishing can be found right in the gut itself. He can even provide you a boat if you don't have your own.
