Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at all in the cafe. Stopped to get a snack and a drink; the cafe did not have the items to make the coffee drinks and the cheesecake slices we got to go were rubber and had spoiled. (Smelled and tasted rotten). The staff behind the counter were nice and definitely seemed frazzled, but one was simply standing around while the other was trying to run the cafe and work up front. Again, the staff were nice, but it just seems mismanaged.

Didn't carry some of the books I was looking for-will have to order online. Had a problem with B&N Kids Club & regular membership didn't get applied initially. Customer service woman, Scotia, was very, very helpful & resolved all issues. So nice to get friendly, pleasant service person- old time service-rarity these days.

I've always loved this location. Currently there are no tables or anywhere to sit upstairs though (only the cafe area has seating)
