Machines are dirty and they smell worker worries about people using the restroom instead of cleaning the place she needs to get her priorities straight and stop get nasty attitude

bad, probably worse than the Wash Spot. Both coin machines down, floor is a mess with litter everywhere, and the dryers are either marked out of service or out of service and you won’t know until you try it. All the dryers have upturned metal that can damage clothes. And it’s not cheap. No credit card option. Outdated equipment. The location is great for shopping, but apparently theft is an issue. May I suggest Union Street Laundry downtown or laundromat 99.

Washers and dryers out of order. However nothing was stolen or destroyed and left with clean clothes. 2 large loads for 8 bucks. So I'm happy.

Floors are dirty and there’s a lot of trash. I came in first thing in the AM. No restroom. ATM broken but the cvs across the street has one. One change machine broken but there is another. Prices seem average, $3.75 for a double load washer and a quarter for 7 minutes of dryer time.

Questions & Answers

I inserted a 20 dollar into the change machine, but I only got 10 dollars coins. I called the phone, no one answered. What should I do ?

Call the # in the building it's not the right person but they will give you the right one. When you call leave a message and they WILL CALL YOU BACK. Then they will send you a check without any issue. Good luck
