We waited over an hour for appetizer. We were told there would be a bit of a wait, but that was ridiculous. Our check came and they didn't even take off a soda. All of our 2 appetizers and 1 sandwich was fried, so easy to cook was disappointing bc this is the 2nd time the wait has been very long.

I used to love Charlie’s and all since I’m from lake clear, but my whole family went for a graduation dinner and it was so disappointing. I got a grilled chicken sandwich which says it’s served on a kaiser roll (and all other burgers) when it was just a basic hamburger bun that turned to soggy mush before it even got to my table, same with my sisters burger. Also the “grilled” chicken breast is soaked in Italian dressing before cooking, which wasn’t written on the menu and if I knew that I would have never gotten it because it just ruins the whole sandwich. It wasn’t even grilled either. My other family members said their meal was just okay. Other than the food, the service was great. Our waitress was really nice and we had a good time, just wish the food was better.
