This was our first visit after hearing great things from fellow campers and friends. Like the rest of our camping friends, a bit of shade would be a nice thing, but that will come with maturity of the park. We could not have been happier with our stay, the park, interaction with the staff and the list goes on. This is one place we will definitely return to. Large sites, concrete pads, well maintained, and most importantly, not a trailer park disguised as an RV Resort.

Everything at Canopy Oaks is First Class!! From the very large camp site pads to the wide spacing between campsites. The Tiki Bar is a must see as is the pool and athletic facilities. The entire resort is very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The General Store and Deli/Pizza/Ice Cream shops are well stocked and open every day. Tons of activities for the kids in all sorts of arts and crafts, as well as athletics.

We always enjoy our time at Canopy Oaks. All of the sites are paved and spacious. Each site has its own fire pit and picnic table. The pool is large, but could definitely be larger for holiday weekends. The tiki bar and staff is always a must while visiting. The park and facilities are always clean. My only complaint is at times, it can be hard to get someone to answer the phone.

Nice new resort. The spaces were huge had plenty of room for all your stuff. Nice walking/bike trails and 2 fence in dog parks. You definitely want to have a bike or golf cart to get to all the amenities as this place is big and the pool, tiki bar, pickle courts, store are all away from the sites. Also pick up your supplies before you get there as it is a bit remote and a far drive to anything.
