The Wadsworth's own Geneseo and giving more money and fame to them makes me sick. For my high school class photo, we went here, and it *was* nice, to be fair, but knowing what I know, like how many pies they have their fingers in, it makes me deeply uncomfortable. Especially when people give them free labor, like fixing the wall around their property, claiming it's a historical revitalization. No thanks.

Thank you, thank you, to the entire Wadsworth family, and especially Will, for hosting the perfect fall wedding ceremony and reception. While delayed due to COVID (to which Will was extremely flexible and accommodating), the wait was well worth it. Will is a wedding expert, and has thought through every possible detail to make planning a breeze. The house itself is gorgeous, and a great conversation starter, rich in history. Most rooms are covered in beautiful wallpaper, perfect for diverse wedding photos. Will officiated our ceremony, and his words were reflective, personal, and touching. And finally, the reception was a blast, and so easy to get to. The tent is beautifully decorates and the food was so delicious, served to all guests within minutes. I cannot recommend The Wadsworth Homestead enough, and will fondly remember our wedding weekend forever. Cheers!

I have so many wonderful things to say about the Wadsworth Homestead so I will try to simplify this as best as I can: The minute my husband and I saw the charm of the house, walked the spacious grounds, and saw the small whimsical garden areas we knew that we had to have our wedding at The Wadsworth Homestead. Then, the pandemic struck and we postponed our original plans (three times). Seeing how Will and his team navigated the obstacles of a pandemic while continuing to work with us to ensure we could still have the wedding of our dreams is what really sold this place to us. After planning our event for nearly three years now, I can say that Will's professionalism is second to none. He and his staff truly go above and beyond to make your day everything you imagine. If you choose to have your wedding at the Wadsworth Homestead, know that you are in great hands. You will have an event that you and your guests will cherish forever. Thank you Will!
