Great buying experience. I was hesitant to purchase a vintage car online...and unseen..but Engels and Chris were great throughout the process. They communicated clearly and honestly about the car, sent additional pictures, and added some items that I wanted before taking delivery (seatbelts and air conditioning). Buying an unrestored 55-year old car, I knew it wouldn't be perfect. But, unfortunately, when the car arrived, it wouldn't start or run well due to a faulty carburetor and temperature gauge. I had those problems fixed here, and GLCC reimbursed me for the cost of those repairs. That's great customer service! Highly recommended!!

Engels is the best, he corrected a not so great situation for me upon the purchase of my 69' Mach 1. He is a man of his word, unlike many salesmen. My original salesmen Chris was a major disappointment over there, he was not great at communication, nor did he seem to care as much as he should of, I was definitely misled by him trust me. However, Engels the owner is the absolute best, I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for Chris's unprofessional ways. I gave 4 stars only because of the interaction with Chris. Engels absolutely accomplished my trust in his business. I'd buy again, but I personally would deal with Engels, if Chris answers, ask for Engels. If you buy a car from Great Lakes Classic cars, please deal with Engels.

Had a fantastically positive experience today. I flew from Florida to look at a car they had advertised & was pleased that it was exactly as described. Engels and David were great - and I bought the car! (sorry, all of you who wanted it as well)
