Does not communicate well with clients, terrible customer service, doesn't follow up. Dog is cute and friendly, however...when you are looking for a dog to be trained as a service dog, you do not give the disabled client the dog at 5 months old expect them to train the puppy. Now we have an over priced puppy that is not trained for what we needed.

We got our first furbaby from Stacy 4 yrs ago...and the entire process, right from the application process was very smooth...there were no unpleasant surprises, in fact we were so happy to see that Ginger recognized her name from the first day we got her home at 10 weeks old. She was easy to train, we had asked for a calmer dog, since it was our first time and we both work full time, with two young boys at home. Our 2 yr old then, pretty much grew up with Ginger, and she is super close to both boys, even protects them from my wrath at times, lol... Definitely recommend the breeder, given the excellent health checks/ guarantees with known pedigrees, utmost professionalism with a personal touch to top it all! Thank you Stacy!

BE AWARE: THIS BREEDER IS THE ONLY CHOICE !! I searched and searched and upon extensive research I settled, I know people with Doodle pups from other Rochester area breeders and I am not impressed. I refused to settle for second best, so I went to Stacy Fleming and received THE BEST I could have asked for. Stacy was aware of the needs for our goldendoodle and throughout the process she was in contact, mostly email but it as she noted to us was her record for reviewing the data we submitted. VERY SMART of STACY!!! to keep records on paper! This saved us all a lot of rehashing the needs we had which were special to say the very least. We went to pick up (quite a drive) and she recommended a place with great amenities that we were able to rest our weary bones at until the next morning when we scooped up the bundle of fluff. What a quaint little town Stacy lives in and what a wonderful operation she has! We were able to view some videos from her cameras of the pups, moms and dads and I was most impressed at her responsibility to the animals. The ride home was a charm, baby fluff ball slept curled up on my sons lap , get Rosie home and she went to the door to ring the bell to go out pee and we were all completely amazed! This has got to be the most smooth and snag free experience I could have imagined. THANK YOU TO THE MOON AND BACK! Everyone I see will know how AMAZING Stacy and he dogs are!

I have two doodles from Golden Beauties and love the so very much, Stacy is a wonderful breeder and she does work with people to make sure they received the perfect puppy. As for the Military excuse for not getting the puppy, I don't think Stacy deserved that review. AND you put a deposit down to commit to a puppy, I don't think the deposit should have been refunded either, if you change your mind then Oh Well, you lose your deposit. You have to remember that the breeder has to take good care of the Mother and it costs money for vitamins, the best food, the constant attention during the pregnancy, these things cost and your deposit is used for the mom as well as the pups when they are born. Maybe you could have stayed on the list for a puppy later down the line instead of requesting a refund. I don't know, that is just how I feel about this.
