Mike, the big boss, reminds me of a scam artist the way he handles customer complaints, ordered a calzone that was almost completely destroyed. Toppings were not in the calzone. I don't know how that is even possible. He wanted me to bring it back to the store, basically to prove it instead of offering credit or a new one. This is not the first time I've had a problem with this man. He should be retrained

Would give a zero if I could. Ordered food,Pizza and wings. Should have lite wing sauce on these wings. No sauce whatsoever. Called to let them know. Wanted the wings returned and they would give us a credit. But would not send the correct order. So the houseful we have for dinner would have had to go without, give us a credit for a future order, and that's assuming we ever order again from this location. Already paid for their expensive wings and just wanted them correctly prepared.

We have ordered pizza from Marks Canandaigua for awhile. But I wanted to say that the NY style pepperoni pizza I ordered there today was Excellent!! I get cheese only on half the pizza because I am lactose intolerant and my husband isnt. Someone took extra care to really keep cheese off my half! I also order well done crust, and they made it well done but not burnt. Great job!!

I would give it zero stars if it would let me! It took 2 hours for my pizza and wings to arrive. After multiple calls first one being a hour and five minutes after ordering the girl (don’t remember her name) said oh he will be there any second I saw him leave. The second call was a hour and a half after I placed the order and Diane answered and said he is on his way, it’s football season and they were busy. I said a few choice words and hung up the phone, not 10 minutes later Mike the manager calls and tells me his driver drove off in a ditch seriously it’s not snowing and the roads are completely dry, but said he refunded my money and pizza was still on its way! 20 minutes later the driver shows up and pulls my stuff from the TRUNK of his car, again seriously it’s 10 degrees out way to even try to keep my stuff hot! Mark’s will NEVER get another dime of my money.
