Only 2 phones instocks. No phone cases. I even saw a lady being in spectrum equipment and they wouldn't take it. Said to deliver to yoga or something. Couldn't call other stores to see if the phone I wanted was in stock. The stores don't have any phones that ring. I had to get a phone I Shia r really want if I wanted to leave with a phone, worn no phone case, but they did offer to sell me insurance....... one of the the worst rated way to waste your money according to more than one source

Busy but only waited for a few minutes to be served. Turned in both boxes internet as well as cable tv. To expensive. Increased my Verizon share with apple tv

Nothing but trouble and a waste of my time. Also, Spectrum Mobile made unauthorized use of my credit card. I had to go back to the credit card company to get a refund.

I am just going to say I truly miss Bright House. I hate spectrum with every bone in my body. And I was so happy to turn that modem in. And now I am T-Mobile home internet. And you will see a big difference. We pay all that money for internet and cable just to lose signal in the house not no more.
