Always friendly staff, with today being no different in that regard. My one complaint: Either update your Hours of Operation or Stick to those you give. The process of business operations for opening and closing, ought to be conducted outside of business hours, and not for the customer to be expected to conform to. If the crew must clock out before the top of the hour and machinery shut down prior to that, and so making it impossible to conduct business once this has begun, then adjust your Hours accordingly.(12:45, not 1:00.) At the same time, mention online that recycled materials need to arrive no later than 30min before Closing Time, if this is the case. I promise, the transparency will be welcomed. I know my weekend would have improved 10x had it been there today. ...Nothing like verifying open hours, loading several smelly bags in my suv (under the sun) and driving 15miles (one way) - just to be turned away. This is despite arriving At Least 10 min before you claim to close and then being asked to move so they could help another customer. Very frustrating. Very easily avoidable.
