Sat at the drive thru window for 10 minutes, no customers in the store and none in the drive thru. Nobody came to get our order... we left to go somewhere else...

Messed up my order tried calling 3 times and no one was answering!! I normally don’t care but it was alittle more for the stuff I got and it was burnt what I did get.

The worst Little Ceasars I have ever been in. They probably all took a smoke break at the same time that is how poor management is in my opinion.

So.....on the 1 day there's a free lunch, management says they know nothing about it then the number is busy for the next hour? I think someone unplugged the phone!!
