Orders are constantly wrong, staff is too busy talking about their personal lives in front of customers to do their jobs. Waited over 10 minutes because they kept getting our order wrong. "Manager" on duty seems to not care.

The scanner didn't give me my 2nd item for 29 cents. When i pointed it out to the lady who helped me, she wasn't happy about it. She was extremely busy, and was a little rude as she pushed the orieo mint shake i ordered at me, saying take this its worth more than 29 cents. She did not understand that that she actually owed me $4.00. Because one of the items i ordered should have been 29 cents not $4.59. The food was good, server too busy to pay attention to me, the customer. Sadly, they looked short-handed, but no excuse for poor customer service.
