Aaron at the Oldsmar location is incredibly helpful. Second time using that location and they always do a bang up job. The store closer to me...not so much. Highly recommend Oldsmar location and Aaron.

The phone agent assured us that a temporary AC unit would work in our office so we agreed and they sent the unit; however, when the driver/installer arrived and surveyed our location he determined it would not work at all. He left with the unit, which was never unloaded or installed; however, Sunbelt charged our credit card just under $200 for "delivery & installation". What a rip-off! They really should have more competent people man the phones and admit when they've made a mistake. A very poor example of customer service. You really can't grow your business by stealing money from potential future customers. I'll never use them again nor would I ever recommend them. In my opinion, this represents very unethical business practices. Not much of a way to be a part of the local small business community.

This is my third time renting an excavator from Sunbelt. All three times I've had issues with their equipment. The machines are poorly maintained and not taken care of. This most recent experience, the machine died and when it did run, I had to run it at idle speed to keep from shutting off. I probably will be going with United Rental from now on since my company uses them.

I called and reserve a drop deck trailer they had listed on their website. When I showed up to pick up the trailer it was not the trailer I had requested. I was very specific in my request on the phone as to what trailer I needed and the item I was moving so they understood exactly what I was looking for. I don't understand how they messed up and when I told them it was the wrong trailer they simply said OK we can just refund you. Now I've missed time from work to drive over to pick up a rental that they don't have available. I still need a trailer and I'm back to square one with my moving day 2 days away. No desire to help me find another trailer.
