Each time i go to this GameStop i am never disappointed! they always have me leave with a proud smile on my face! (even in COVID-19 through my mask) When i walk in there I feel like the store is a prize! I am and have been a GameStop Rewards Member for 2 1/2 years and the +$5 in shop credit is the most amazing and helpful to pay especially if you are getting for example: a PS5! if your a member for 12 months, 12 x 5 = $60! that’s $60 off your purchase! so i was using the PS5 as an example and it’s majority out of stock all across america! to conclude my review i would like to thank the Employees at GameStop (Company) but i thank the Actual Store Employees! they are so kind and help find anything and never leave a customer unhappy!

A worker/manager there by the name of glen was very disrespectful to me and my friends. While shopping he kept hovering around and made us very uncomfortable and then when we asked for some space he proceeded to give us attitude and even suggested we leave if we don’t like it lol. Very unprofessional, and lost a sale because of it. Poor gamestop, as a longtime customer I’ve never had an experience like i did today, and it saddens me to leave such a poor review but he made me and my friends very uncomfortable. Almost like he didn’t want us there. Yes me and my friends are people of color, his vibe was just very unsettling. again his name was glen.
