Love our shades! Liz at the Hingham location was super helpful. The shopping experience was pleasant and the service wonderful. Highly recommend.

I went in to hopefully see what products were available and make an appointment. I walked around for twenty minutes before anyone said hello and another ten minutes before they explained that they were booked for the day. Terrible customer service, more salespeople than customers. Next time let a customer know right off the bat what the availability is or by appointment only

My experience with this Shade Store has been wonderful. The attention to detail, professionalism ,and genuine personal attention was the key to my great experience. We ordered a combination of pull downs and automated shades for our master bedroom and master bath. the quality of the shades is excellent. I am thrilled with my experience at The Shade Store in Hingham .
