The food is hit and miss. Some days it is great, some days, not so much. One of the reasons people choose to eat at a franchise is because they know what to expect, but, as I said, that is not the case here. Most annoying to me is that when ordering online you're given the option of having cutlery excluded from your order. In the eight or so times I've ordered from them, I've never asked for cutlery -- and without fail, they throw in cutlery. Put your money where your mouth is, Noodles & Co: if I ask for no cutlery, don't give me any. Sheesh!

Tried the one in Eddy Commons so I thought I'd give this one a try. Went with the zucchini noodles with shrimp at first. Didn't really know what I was ordering, but hey let's try a new flavor. It was okay. The main thing is it is healthy with limited calories. Order to go was the new leanquini with shrimp and chicken. It was creamy and salty to taste but low in calories. The restroom is clean but the flush handle is broken. Staff is nice and helpful. They will explain everything you ask.

I live 45 minutes away and love noodles and company. I recently found out I have a gluten allergy and there were 3 ladies tonight that all came together to talk to me and let me know all their menu options with a smiling face. Now a days that is hard to find so thank you :)

Nice to come here every now and then, foods tasty but my seasoned tofu tasted like it might have been cooked a little longer then usual. But I wont complain since I ate the rest of my japanese pan noodles

They are doing some inside renovations. Saw the sign on their door earlier this week.
There is no greater priority than the safety and well-being of our team members and guests. Since the onset of COVID, we have taken steps to ensure that safety is our ongoing priority. We have taken many steps, include requiring all team members and guests to wear masks; sanitizing all common areas at least every two hours; creating socially distant seating for open dining rooms; installing plexiglass shields at our counters; and implementing tamper-evident bag seals for all to-go orders. To see our full list of safety procedures, please visit our website at noodles.com/safety/
