Paul came out today to help us out with an AC that was acting up. He was very prompt and professional. He had us up and running in no time. He was very professional and a joy to be around as an all around great guy. If we have any other issues we would be happy to have him back.

Never disappointed with Cooks. Always responsive and always fair. Called on a Saturday and got their answering service (real human) and after they got my info I had a callback from the tech (Bobby) in 4 Minutes. He called when he was 30 minutes away and was exactly on time. Had me back up and running in a flash. No reason to look elsewhere.

Our heater wasn’t working right and I called Cooks. When I did Paul came out and was very informative and tentative to the issue. He took his time double checking all the parts to assure it was working properly and even replaced additional parts to guarantee it would work. Highly recommend them for all ac/heat needs
