Their HVAC maintenance is OK, but their duct cleaning service is almost a joke. While vacuuming the ducts from the main supply duct on the air handler, they did not even close off the fan blower opening, so the vacuuming was ineffective. They were also not able to push their compressed air hose far enough into the ducts to clean the entire duct all the way back to the air handler, so that was ineffective too. It was a PARTIAL duct cleaning at best, and a waste of time and money at worst.
