I thought I killed my vacuum so I took it here. Adam took one look and knew that actually it was 17 years old and never been serviced! So that one is on me, I should have known that like any other appliance vacuums need regular maintenance to keep working. This is a great long time local small business, do yourself a favor and skip buying online or at a box store.

We received our first Vacuums Unlimited Electrolux canister vacuum over twelve years ago. It served my mother-in-law well for many years before she passed and Vacuums Unlimited always maintained it if repairs were needed. We continued to use Vacuums Unlimited for service until the old Electrolux finally stopped working at which point we went back to them for a replacement. They diagnosed our old vacuum as not worth repairing but said they had a newer, pre-owned model of our old canister unit for a very fair price and said they would guarantee it for a reasonable amount of time. We bought the replacement in 2020 and it worked flawlessly until this week. I took it back to Vacuums Unlimited where they diagnosed the problem (sweeper unit clogged), cleared the blockage, changed the bag, tested the vacuum, and sent me on my way with no charge. Their service is personable, professional, honest, and without compare in my experience. We would never think of using any other vacuum support service. Vacuums Unlimited is terrific and we highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this place! I had a simply wonderful experience today. Several years ago I had brought my vacuum cleaner in for cleaning and repair (it was purchased elsewhere) and it worked perfectly ever since. This morning I went in to buy a filter for it and I mentioned to Adam, the owner, that my cannister vacuum cleaner is still working but it is heavy and hard for me to move around now. He asked if I wanted to look at some uprights, and I ended up purchasing one. There was no hard sell at all.....Adam was very patient showing me the different options and answering all my questions. I am very happy with my new vacuum cleaner. On top of that, I don't have a car and was going to take the bus, but Adam said his repairman Dave could drive me home! And he did! That was one of the most positive shopping experiences I have ever had. I would give Vacuums Unlimited more than five stars if I could!
