Derek in service was very nice and helpful taking extra time to help me figure out some updates on my navigation display. I was just in for 45 k mile service and they said I needed new front brakes, you always wonder if that is true as it seemed a little early but it does feel better since I did them. I also later realized I went a week early and they just took me and never pointed out I did not have an appointment that day. Also when they gave me a tentative time it would be ready they called to let me know it would be an extra half hour when the projected time was coming up so I could keep doing my thing until it was ready.

Plainly put, my experience at West Herr Toyota could not have been better. My salesman, Joe, helped me figure out what I was looking for and then got me a vehicle without pressure, a long wait, or really anything that could be described as unsatisfactory. Joe Rodrigues is one of the best car salesman I have ever worked with at a Toyota dealership ever and I have owned nothing, but Toyota vehicles! We walked in on a Saturday and he pulled out all the stops necessary for us to get out of a lease and into something to finance. He even took time out of his evening and drove all the way to PA from Rochester, NY. to personally deliver our new vehicle a few days later on Monday, which was very convenient for us and our work/school schedules, which goes to show he truly cares about his customers and will do anything for his customers. We can not thank Joe at West Herr Toyota enough for being so honest, friendly, and a true go getter/hard worker to pull off everything with the new vehicle in such a short amount of time.
