Terrible communication with office staff, when moving out was told they would mail us our final bill which they never did. When we called about our security deposit 2 months later and asked about a bill there was suddenly enough damages that we received nothing back even though we were told upon checking out it should only be about &500 deducted. Being done with this place was worth the monetary loss for us but recommend you get everything in writing since things change depending on who you speak to.

Angel is the maintenance supervisor and we couldn’t be happier with him at our development. He is knowledgeable and great at his job. Gina in the leasing office is always so pleasant and so helpful. They are both a HUGE asset to Stevens Pond. These two deserve accolades for going above and beyond.

I toured here for an apartment and the buildings that I was were a mess. At first I was excited to see the place but then hallways were filled with beer bottle tops, dirty and trash in the hall ways. The door number was taped on with silver masking tape. One of the spaces I saw were decent but the molding along the walls looked like it was rotting off. I asked how often the cleaners come to take care of the space- the answer was ONCE a month. Dissapointing.
