I've been going to advent since I found out I was pregnant at 5 weeks I am now giving birth tomorrow 03/12/2022 I'm so pleased staff were all friendly and very thorough. No complaints here. I also like my doctor her name is Kelly R!

I adore the offices check in person. Her voice is so light and friendly. She does her best and folks want to give her a hard time. Its entirely not the doctors office fault when you don't bring or have nessessary materials for your visit. At least be kind and ask if their are ways to accommodate you. Don't demand they help you. Its rude and uncalled for. You do a good job ladies. We appreciate all of you!! I will be sure to get you all a gift sent to the office. 💕💕

I am so disappointed in the lack of concern for making sure patients are able to reach the office. I should’ve read the reviews before choosing this office when I visit the the doctors/MA/front desk have been great don’t get me wrong but I can NEVER get through to anyone on the phone (I call back to back for days to schedule an appointment). I am 22 weeks pregnant and starting to have contractions, went to the ER because hello no answer from the OB’s office, and now I’m try to call them again for a follow up…10x back to back no voicemail mail, no prompts, no nothing. I travel 45 minutes to come to this office and now I will probably have to switch OB’s so I can at least say I have a reliable office.

Terrible. If I could put zero stars I would. Im 5 months pregnant and I have been coming here since the start of my pregnancy. I EVEN REFERRED A FRIEND BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY WERE A GOOD OFFICE, she driving from st. Pete! At first, they were great! Everything was done on a timely manner, and they were nice nurses. After my Gender appointment there customer service went from a 8 or 9, to a negtive 10. I loved Dr.Cheryl, but the office itself is terrible. I have made 3 appointments and each of them, I have had to wait over an hour to see them. Keep in mind, I never got called back for these appointments after waiting for an hour in the parking lot. I even made an appointment with the male doctor because i was told his schedule is usually very open so id be in and out, since its my work day. Even though im not comfortable having a male doctor, I still chose to so I can ensure the health of my baby. After walking into the office again, I noticed the lady is checking in new clients who are walking in, and no where is my name on the list after i checked in at 9 am. It is now after 10 am, and after expressing how upset I am, all they did was cancel my appointment. No one apoligized for making me wait, taking my name off the list after i recieved my check in info, or even tried to reschedule or do ANYTHING to make the situation better. I will be adding this to Advent Healths main website so ladies do not have to deal with the unprofessionality and carelessness of this OBGYN office.
