This was my first experience with Edelmann sales and service and I have to say definitely five star. The staff is very accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. The bike was prepped and set up ready to go . The service department also made sure I was comfortable knowing everything I need to know about the machine and then helped me load it on the trailer . Very good shopping experience! Item was out of stock at all local dealers. All other online places were out of stock and had no ETA on it. Item was in stock at Edelmann’s. Order from them and it was shipped and received in less than a week. Will absolutely continue to shop there! Thanks Bobby
