I love Elderberry Springs Farm's Elderberry syrup! I have been adding a teaspoon in my breakfast smoothies each morning. I feel it helps put a little spring in my step! It is nice knowing that they use only the finest of ingredients in their products. If you haven't tried the syrup I highly recommend giving it a try, you won't be sorry!

I am taking the Elderberry extract in preparation for cold and flu season. I put some into my plain seltzer and it was a refreshing & delicious. I was able to ask lots of questions about the health benefits of Elderberry and they were very helpful...I realized my son may benefit during allergy season!
