The owner is an amazing man. He has rescued many different and exotic birds. A loving and caring environment. We were giving a tour of his sanctuary and I was really impressed by his experience and knowledge of so many species of birds. A real treat and perfect way to end our vacation

While it is not arranged like a public zoo exactly, it is a wonderful service to us all. The owner is very knowledgeable about his birds. Reservations are requested, but they were very accommodating despite us not reserving. There are many birds and awesome rescue stories. Very welcoming of children. In fact, many children such as scouts serve as volunteers for projects such as planting, and beautifying. Expect a very casual appearance and you will be satisfied. They accept donations. I can't imagine how much it costs to care for all those exotic birds. They genuinely care for them like children. It's obvious they are passionate.

So many beautiful birds! The family who runs it are truly amazing! They do such great work for birds that have no where else to go.
