We asked for fries without salt we got COLD MOSTLY SOGGY fries, heavily salted and they even tasted old and reheated! We also didn't get our receipt.

Got to the window to pay and they had no idea what I ordered! Got to the next window to pick up my food and they had no idea what I ordered. Taco Salad...threw it together quick and never even gave me tortilla chips!!!!! Be a long time before I go back to Wendy's....they need to get their act together!

I'm not going to lie, the lobby was closed and we did wait in line at the dive thru for about 30 minutes. But- the food was hot, fresh, and my order was right. I was really in the mood for Wendy's, so I was prepared to wait at the dive thru.
