The manager insulted my father and ruined his BMW! After his team looking at our car they told us to contact the manager to submit a claim for warranty because the tires were bald in less then 4k miles they did not do an alignment so we eat thru the breaks and tires. The manager laughed at my father and offered him the tires for $500 instead of the normal price of $380 then he laughed at my father and hung up. Now his dream car is ruined and can not be driven. Please someone help us with our problem. Get the manager FIRED!!!! Horrible person and despicable business man he makes the franchise of Tire Kingdom look like a Joke!

Bought a boat and turned out that the 7 year old tires would probably not tolerate the 3 hour drive back home. Even though it was Friday evening, near closing time, they were willing to put on a set of tires on my boat trailer. Made my journey back home worry free. Thank you guys so much for helping me get my family and boat home safely.
