Nautical Ventures and David Rodriguez created the single best customer experience I've had, bar none. I road tripped from Michigan to Tampa Bay Florida to pick up my families new boat. David was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and was with me every step of the way. When we found the boat, it did not even have have an outboard motor. Even with today's supply chain issues, the team at Nautical Ventures made it happen, had the boat prepped flawlessly within 5 business days of a signed purchase agreement! The team underpromised, and over-delivered - we will be on the water this year as opposed to next year! You really can't put a price on the ability to make memories today. I just purchased a consignment boat from Nautical Ventures in Holiday Fl. Andrew Gonzales , my salesman and Jerry the manager were so professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They not only found me exactly what I was looking for but they worked in conjunction with Charlie Wolf from the West Palm beach branch where the boat was kept. Charlie was also much help in satisfying all my questions. I probably wasn’t the easiest customer , for I made many calls and changed some appointment details along the way. Andrew answered every one I had no questions or problems. Buying a boat could be a stressful ordeal but my experience with the entire Nautical Venture team was not. I recently bought a 2021 Starcraft SLS3. The sales guy, manager and service team have all been great. They worked as a team to facilitate my trade in of my old boat and made my purchase and registration of my new boat a smooth process. Now it’s time for my 20 hour service , and purchase of some toys to add on and again they are accommodating and reasonably priced. Just a great boat buying experience. This is not my first rodeo, this is a good place.
