Sure, if it is a carry dog. There have been dogs there before. There have been accidents of urinating from dogs too. So, take my answer however you want.
You can shop all day on the antique strip , eventually you'll find what your're looking for...its almost a best kept secret.
I would say yes. There are handicapped parking spaces. The shop is level and one floor that's at grade with the ground. Most of the aisles are wide and open.
I would check in person if local...the merchandise changes frequently and may not as current as the photos.
