Pro Pig is worth the visit! We had 8 in our group and ordered two "Buy the Farm" meals, see attached picture. The meal came with a couple bottles of bbq sauces and a vinegar bbq sauce. The food was excellent, the drinks were cold, and they had something on the menus for everyone. Great place to hang out!

Good spot in Waterbury. Some of the best smoked meat I have had. Brisket was on point and the pork was delicious. Get the Mac and Cheese. That shiz was the bomb! Cheddar was so velvety smooth. The staff was super nice and very friendly, they gave some great recommendations on what cheese to get while visiting the Cabot cheese shop. Two thumbs up from me!

The brewery was fantastic! The tacos are delicious and the platos was super tasty! The brisket tacos were on point and the vinegar based hot sauces make for a great complement. The carnitas tacos were tasty as well but that brisket taco... I want 2 more just writing this! Great service, great atmosphere. Definitely the place to go for lunch when you are in Stowe. Can't wait to try the restaurant for dinner next time I'm up at Stowe. I will wear my pig 🐖 hat with pride!

Arrived and there was a line already forming 3 minutes prior to open. Food did not disappoint! Some of the best pork I've had in my life. Great cocktails, good beer, and wonderful staff. Spoke to one of the owners at the brewery and she was awesome. Can't wait to come back

Yes, dogs are allowed, and welcome, on the front porch of the brewery. And they serve excellent food there, as well.

All surfaces are sanitized and recorded every 30 minutes. Hand sanitizer is available at multiple locations in the restaurant. Staff is masked up 100% of the time. Tables are spaced for all customers to be 6ft apart or more from each other. We do not offer any bar seating. We are following all of the governor's guidelines including contract tracing information and single-household dining.
Yes, you can order from the menu for table service or for take-out.
The answer to that is no we tried. Are you can send ahead one person a had to wait and they will call you on a cellphone.. But I would recommend go to Brewery around back. Enjoy their beer and appetizers which were very good and has a nice atmosphere while you wait for your phone to ring..
I believe they do. If not, the beer store directly across the street has it and many other great beers.
