I have lived at Princeton Westford for six years. This is a family friendly community, complete with playground, pool, lifeguard, and a very responsive office staff. Kids are able to play in the huge green space, and families can congregate at several spots on the property. I have lived in many apartment communities in my life, but none have been as wonderful as Princeton. I cannot commend the office staff enough for their attention to detail, respectful manner, and promptness to any situation that arises. They also take the time to get to know the people on the property, which in my book, is going above and beyond. When we originally were looking for a place to live, my husband and I were in the middle of a major medical emergency and the office staff held the apartment for us because of the situation. I cannot tell you how much that meant to us and how much that helped ease a major decision during a very difficult time. I cannot recommend Princeton highly enough. It is a wonderful place to live and, as an added bonus, the school system is amazing (hence all the families).

Highly discourage anyone from leasing with this apartment complex. We have had numerous issues with the leasing office management, and are met with unprofessional and inconsiderate solutions. Many times we have had issues with noise levels of banging within staircases and hallways, living on the first floor next to the staircase, and have been told it doesn’t breach the level of general apartment noise. We also were told by management that there haven’t been any complaints by previous tenants of my apartment in the past, but it was later discovered that only employees and management have lived in my apartment in the past. We were told we had the option to relocate, but have since been ignored by management when requesting to speak with them. Many concerns do not receive a response, and the level of disregard from management is unfortunately quite apparent. I would certainly consider other options of living before settling for Princeton Westford.

Took a tour of this property. The property itself seemed well kept and in a good location. However, they do not permit lettered company vehicles to park on premise. So, if you are in the trades with a company vehicle, this location is not for you. First time I've run into this, very unfortunate.

Gas heating. We use National Grid gas for our heating systems.
We offer furnished short-term leases and standard unfurnished leases. Please call us in the office for more information on available lease terms.
Only the first month's rent, a deposit, and $100 lock and key charge are required at move-in, we do not collect the last month's rent at move-in.
We offer two bike sheds for residents to store their bikes; we also have bike racks located inside our playground area.
We do not have additional storage on the property, but the garages (which can be rented) can be used as storage units.
We do offer a package concierge! It is available 24-hrs through the back door of the clubhouse.
We offer Wifi in the clubhouse through Xfinity. We do not provide cable service, but you can set up services with Xfinity.
We do not have a valet trash removal service, but we do have dumpsters for residents to use to dispose of their trash.
We are pleased to be a smoke-free community.
Our property was built in 2014, and we upgrade each apartment as needed upon move out.
Yes, central air conditioning is set up in each apartment.
We provide the refrigerator, (Whirlpool) dishwasher, electric range/oven, and microwave above the stove. Sinks are equipped with a garbage disposal.
All apartments include a Whirlpool washer and dryer.
We offer two gas grills in our patio area, a charcoal grill by Building 5000, and a gas grill with our event tent rental.
Westford schools rank top #10 in Massachusetts K-2nd grade: Robinson School Grades 2-5: Crisafulli School Grades 6-8: Blanchard Middle School Grades 9-12: Westford Academy.
There is a bus stop at the end of our property road.
