It's a good thing I live an hour away from Mad Taco or I would be eating here every single day! I have visited on several occasions, trying something new each time and I have yet to be disappointed. The intoxicating smell of the meat on the smoker is a promise that mad taco always delivers on, everything is delicious. The staff are friendly and professional locals who care about serving quality food! Highly recommend the Big Daddy Fatty with the Chili Colorado but honestly you cant go wrong with anything on their menu.

The Mad Taco was recommended by other hikers and for good reason: the sandwiches are huge. The meat is smoked outside in front of the restaurant snd is excellent. This is Vermont and Mexican food is different here, but it’s still good. I think you’ll be mad if you miss this place.

Amazing Tacos! I would highly recommend this place to a vegan/vegetarian person. I tried the sweet potato taco and quesadilla. It was delicious. Stuffed with tons of sweet potato. Out order was huge (for 9 people) it took an hour for them to get the order ready for pick up. We tried calling to place the order but no one picked up. So we had to place order in-person and come by again to pick up.
