Took a weekend in the RV. We “Boondocked”😬. No hook ups and didn’t need just for a two day getaway. We had a site that looked across the Road to Lake Champlain Bridge. You can see on the horizon the remnants of the chimneys of the historic Forts. The site was so peaceful you could hear the crickets and peepers at night as you watched the sun setting over the Adirondacks of Northern NY. Like the peace and quiet so much we booked a return trip before end of September.

Clean, quiet, free wood (for the time being). The lean to was magnificent! Bridge and monument are beautiful.

Very friendly campground!! Nearby is a destroyed fort. Great place, you can put two cars and two tents, bring kayaks or a boat with you. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Fishing 🐠🐟
