Disappointing customer service. After requesting at customer service for assistance reaching an item in an unreachable location I waited several minutes for a store associate. Once the associate arrived he immediately started helping someone who had just entered the aisle and I had to wait an additional several minutes. At that point I got his attention and while he was polite he seemed not to listen to my request. I had to give him the item number a few times an he repeatedly grabbed the wrong item. It was mildly annoying. I think that if someone requests assistance that the associate should service that person first and they should listen to the customer's request. Other than that, the product (Ryobi P320 Brad nailer) works as expected and is a good value.

I am pregnant and went in last week to purchase a freezer. Husband and I couldn’t find them so said to an associate we are looking for this specific freezer. The associate then said Oh we? And placed his hands on my stomach. Completely unprofessional that staff think they can touch customers. Will not be going back would rather drive the longer distance to another store to know the staff will not invade my personal space.

I was placing a large paint order in the store the morning of 5/18. I tried to complete the survey on the receipt but I was too late so I'm posting here. I believe the person helping me was named Jana. She was amazing, so helpful and personable. A belligerent man came in who was being very rude and demanding of Jana, I told her she should take a break from my order and deal with him. He still ended up storming off in a huff but this was no fault of Jana's and she handled the situation professionally.
