It just so happened to be torrential raining that day. There is no over hang by the order box so I was getting drenched even when I kept rolling up my window. It was really frustrating. There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication and misunderstanding, perhaps the employee was exceptionally hard of hearing but they didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. They didn't seem to know the menu. The whole situation was pretty uncomfortable.

Ordered two coffees, a muffin, and 5 munchkins… 40 minutes later i get my order finally, except they forgot the food (which didn’t need preparing - so the 3 easiest items). Also got ignored by all 6-7 staffers before I spoke up and asked where my stuff was. Told me to wait… apparently her convo about the bar last night was more important.

Worst experience I've had at a Dunkin' location. They cancelled our order then told me they would make it after I called asking why. After telling me they would make the order after all, they told doordash that they wouldn't remake the order and claimed they had no history of the order. Staff was rude and dishonest. There's a different Dunkin' a couple streets over. Go there instead.

What can I say, got coffee and left. Ordered from the app....so much easier than going in and waiting in line. Sometimes the wait in line for the drive thru is a bit much. Don't those people know they can order ahead of time and just "drive thru" and pick it up? So much faster and they usually have it ready to just hand you out the window and you leave. It's 2020 almost 2021, please order through the app. Dunkin even does promo points towards free beverages if you use the app - a plus, plus if you like to get free stuff!! Literally, I drive up, get my stuff and leave taking like a minute, maybe two, and off I go. Thanks Dunkin!
