Used their service twice now as it’s right by my doctor’s office but I’m not impressed. I agree with one previous review that mentions “folding the mirrors”. When the wash is done the mirrors are either still dirty or soapy inside. If all the rollers (brushes) were made of a softer material, maybe they would do a better job removing all the dirt. Overall ok if you just need a quick wash.

They kept recharging my credit card every month for an "unlimited plan" even though I am not using their service. I called last month was was told that Wascar the manager would reach-out to me to resolve this. He never did. I submitted a form under "contact us" on their website as well, still nobody had contacted me. I called today and "Cam" told me that his manager is not there, and that he will have to call me back. I asked for his manager's contact info, and was told to "just stop in sometime." I need a refund for the months I was charged, and someone needs to contact me to resolve this. Poor service and the car wash barely cleans your undercarriage / frame. 1 star.

Eco Car Wash is my favorite place to take a quick break. Unfortunately, everyone else has seemed to have found out about it as well.... My vehicle always looks clean & well polished thanks to Eco Wash🌟🌟🌟I go as often as I can✨

Average. Remember that most car washes do NOT accept responsibility for any damage your car may have during the course of using their service. I didn't have any damage at Eco Car wash, but they display the "we're not responsible for damage" sign AFTER you pass the pay station and there are about 2 seconds before pulling in (where there's no option to turn around). So just be an informed consumer!

You can get unlimited washes with the basic wash for $25 per month. The basic wash is $10 per wash. It is $37.50 a month for the next step up. Edit : I tried the $37.50 wash and ended up going with the basic. The reason was because with the deluxe it left foam after the rinse and blow dry.
Actually, they changed the policy of calling them. You're supposed to fill out this small form. (And, I mean small! It's about the size of a quarter sheet of paper.) Hand it to the attendant at least 1 week in advance and they'll end the contract on the last day of your monthly service. As I understand it, if it's less than 1 week, you may be charged another month. :( Note that you'll need the carwash tag number. It is on the back of the tag in your window AND on the inside of your driver's door. They didn't remove my name from their system nor my tag in case I wanted to resume down the road. I hope this helps! I say go for it even without the form or within the proper timeframe. You've nothing to lose. Good luck!
