Love this gym. Very updated but with an old gym atmosphere. Lifters of all types feel welcome. Plenty of variety and people are friendly. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Clean.

It is hard to find a gym that has a serious mentality and friendly atmosphere, but Lift in Williston VT is definitely one of those places!! You can do your own thing or seek the advice of the highly trained staff that are always present. Plenty of equipment and space to do what your heart desires!

Been there since the opening; super friendly and knowledgeable owners, that listen to there members. The floor is very open, and never feels over crowded even during busy hours. Everyone there wants to achieve their best, as well as watch others grow. Plus after your workout they have awesome recovery shakes. If you haven't checked LiftVT out, and you are the type that likes to push your limits, it's only your gains that lose! I recommend this facility to everyone!
