I absolutely love this beach! It was not super packed. There was plenty of parking and shaded area with trees. The water was so clear I was up to my rib cage and could still see my toes! So much beautiful wildlife and adorable little pirate ship boats sailing off in the distance.

Gorgeous, little Beach. Parking reservations required. Only Gloucester residents can get a yearly pass, otherwise it's 21 in advanced. Water is freezing. Lifeguard here. No jumping off rocks into the water allowed (shallow). Sand is soft. Shady areas. People have umbrellas and coolers. No cabanas that I can see. Small tent shelters are up though.

Yes they have areas with tables and benches you can set up your own grill

I went a few weekends ago and it was open to all then I read they closed it again.

Yes you have to pay to park at the state park. I am not sure if this applies to the handicapped.
The guys that were fishing said Their lines get snagged alot, but the ones they did catch were beauties.

I went in August. And I live in Vegas so didn't care to ask. But there is a beautiful part that is always open. The place is absolutely beautiful all around the beach. There is a walk way.

You can... getting your boat the water will be a challenge. I would recommend kayacking to this location to take a break and climb the rocks at the park... it is an easy beach to dock. There isn't much in the way of a boat launch or amenities; pretty much just a statue.
