This was a great venue for our daughter's wedding! Nicole was fantastic to work with and executed every detail as planned! The facility is clean, very well maintained and affordably priced. The wedding was originally scheduled for a Saturday in January but a significant snowstorm was forecasted. We made the decision on Wednesday morning to change the date from Saturday to Sunday. Nicole and Groveland Fairways were extremely flexible and accommodating! The wedding and reception happened exactly as planned, just one day later! Thank you Nicole for making our daughter's special day a huge success!

Just Me

Not sure where to begin, as there are so many wonderful things to say about Groveland Fairways!!!! Top notch staff, delicious food, beautiful function room and ceremony room, and impeccable grounds. The event planners are awesome and really know their stuff and they go above and beyond to make your day special. I actually met the owners of the facility during my daughters wedding and they are truly the sweetest couple. There are a lot of venues that make you feel it is all about the money or charge you an added percent, for which you get absolutely nothing for, but this facility does NOT do that. They genuinely just want to make your day special. My daughters wedding was 10/3/21 and people are still texting us days later, to let us know how delicious the appetizers and food were and thought the venue was just so beautiful! Vinwood caterer is hands down one of the best. Trust me, you don’t need to look any further because you will not be disappointed. I strongly and whole heartedly recommend. My husband Dan and I had our wedding at Groveland Fairways in February 2020. It was the most perfect day!! We primarily worked with Alicia who was AMAZING. Alicia was always available for my (many) questions before the wedding and was helpful in coordinating all the tiny details of a wedding that brides may forget or not have time to focus on. I was in awe when I showed up for the wedding and everything was perfectly set up even better than I envisioned. I had no worries leading up to the big day, thanks to Alicia. The venue is beautiful and spacious and I was able to add some personal touches to make the space feel like us. Alicia and the staff are absolutely amazing and I would 100% recommend Groveland Fairways to all future couples... especially for winter weddings!

Went to family wedding couldn't get a babysitter. Ended up bringing my 5 year old son. There wasn't a place set for him. I just asked the hostess if I could get an extra chair. They did way more than that. Above and beyond they went making him his own special plate and ginger ale for champagne toast! Extremely accommodating. The only down side was the men's bathroom. It wasn't dirty. Just in need of remodel. Food was decent. Staff was amazing. Keep up the good work.
