I ordered from our Adams, Mass. local Dominosonline. It was delivered in a timely fashion, the food was cooked to perfection, and the delivery driver was smiling and friendly, even though I couldn’t tip because of Covid. Thanks Alexander!! This young man made, cooked, and then delivered my order to me, all in under 30 minutes!! I have never had a better experience at any Dominos!! Again, shout out to Alexander at the Adams Dominos .. you’re a pizza rock star!

Someone should train their employee Jaimie about customer service. She called me over and over today, angry demanding I explain why my order was canceled. 1. Their phone number was disconnected to I was kind enough to call another location to have them cancel, rather than rejecting at the door. 2. I already explained why it was cancelled to the General Manager in Pittsfield who was kind enough to assist in cancelling. She continues to yell at me, telling me I did the wrong thing. I will be calling corporate given she called my phone multiple times just to scream and yell at me. Thanks Jaimie, I will never order from dominoes again.

Awesome pizza and other food. 2 stars because they messed up my orders a few times. The last time, I reported it and they "claimed" they were going to give me 60 points towards my balance, but never gave it to me.
