I use to enjoy their vegan cookies but due to their inconsistency and spitefulness, I will no longer return. A few weeks ago, when I ordered there was a mixup with the website so my order went to the Schenectady store. To fix it, savannah made a new batch in the “rush oven” to fulfill the order. Once I received the box all of the cookies were harder than normal, and not as soft and chewy that I have always been use to receiving. When I returned to the store to speak to her about it just to see why the cookies were burnt and smooshed- I left with an understanding that made me feel that it was just the a one time ordeal. Fast forward to my order yesterday I ordered 18 cookies for my grandfathers birthday, to only receive 12. The cookies were rushed in the “rush oven” which makes the cookies very hard, and nearly burnt as it was done a few weeks ago. When I told them they didn’t give me the correct amount they continued to make the 4 cookies in the rush oven.. when I got home, and the cookies finally cooled down, every single cookie was hard as rocks. I’m not sure if there has been conversations about my previous incident with savannah but this is now my third time getting burnt cookies. They know me by name and face. I will no longer be supporting this company and will be ordering the same cookies through David cookies…

Long nights at work had ground us down. 3 weeks of putting in the time, working through the night. On our last night we decided to get cookies...Friends, let me tell you how the mood changed after one bite of the warm goodness of these cookies!!! Why couldn't we done this sooner? Alas, now our cookie supplies are dwindling, tribes are forming and i fear this may disolve into a lord of the flies situation. The bells of war ring now. TO ARMS!!! The last crumbs of white choloate macadmia have tumbled from my lips.

I have ordered numerous times from this place and always had an amazing experience. Last night I ordered almost $50 worth of food and realized that about $10 worth was never delivered. So when I called to let them know hoping to possibly get a credit, the girl, Natalia, on the phone taking my information down was so incredibly rude. At first I had trouble figuring out what my order number was and when I asked her where I could find it she was little to no help. Once I was able to find it I told her the # and proceeded to explain what was missing from my order. Before I could finish She told me she already knew what I ordered and I didn't need to tell her. I explained that I was trying to tell her which part of my order was missing but again she cut me off and said that it didn't matter with an attitude. I asked her what her name was and at first she would not give it to me. Straight up told me she does not care that she's being rude or what was missing from my order. After dealing with such unnecessary attitude and disrespect I will never waste my time or money at that place again
