I usually don't shop at this store due to poor customer service but I see nothing has changed. The cashier's are rude and don't want to assist with ANYTHING. I will never come back even for one thing, they need to do better or hire people that at least likes their job.

Employees talk on their phones, nobody is ever around to help you. They're rude, and they never stay stocked with items that people actually want. That store use to be a pleasant place to shop, now I'm in and out.

I have never been so frustrated in my life after visiting the Family Dollar Store on Northern Boulevard in Albany New York. The staff seems to consist of foreigners who have the wrong ideology of black Americans which is why I would never go back to that store. The thing that they fail to realize is that they are coming from a third world country and my country is their welfare. Point Blank Period.
