They shouldn't allow victims to sit next to defendants. They were supposed to waive my probation fees and they didnt. Very rude in all departments. Called today and the woman i spoke to just said you're maria capo whatever, and i gave her my name, and asked her to call me by my name and not maria capo whatever and she decided to hang up on me. Very very rude. If they want to be treated with respect, they should be treating others with respect. If they hate their job this much that they need to be rude to people calling in because of their mistakes theres legit no reason to be rude.

Would leave a longer review but the phone was not answered at all! I tried for a week straight to get ahold of somebody

Horrible service, I just got off the phone with the small claims department. I waited patiently for over 10 minutes until someone finally took my call. I explained that I had questions about my small claims case and she told me to wait a moment and then ended the phone call. I recalled later explaining what had happened and the reason why I was calling. The women was extremely rude giving me unnecessary attitude while I tried to be quick and polite with my questions knowing how valuable her time was. For such an important department the staff needs to seriously reevaluate their standards of service, I felt intimidated to ask questions.

Busy place. Easy to lose yourself, especially the first time. It has a civil, juvenile, criminal probate and family, and housing court. It lacks a coffee shop. You are not permitted to bring in electronics such a cellular phone. There is also an excellent law library on the second floor rear, open to the public with excellent staff. As an attorney, they have been superb.

If you're not sure just call the court and I'm certain they'll tell you.
Call the courthouse to let them know and try to find another way. Even if it means showing up late
Inside Lawrence district court
Open every day monday through Friday i believe 8 to 4:30
At the clerk's office in the district Court
There's no such letter. I'm not sure what your goal is.
Im on diversion no limit for leaving state
If it's not a court order, it is worthless.
Speak to the assistant at the clerk's office in the basement.
And lawyer for the day in basement
File and let them know that he either(1) can't be found and you have evidence to show that you have exhausted all resources to reach out to him..e.g phone calls, emails etc (2) file and if you his address send him the copies of the intent of divorce
No phone
That would be a small claims action, either in Dstrict Court or Housing Court. You should talk to an attorney who is very experienced in housing law. There are very specific requirements which a landlord would have to meet before charging tenants for water.
Copy of what?
This website isn't meant for questions like yours. You need to check Masscourts.org, and see what happened in your case. Unless your case was dismissed, you should then call the court, and ask them what to do next.
There is parking but it is not free.
Yes. You would go to the juvenile clerks office, located on the 2nd floor. It's not called Chines anymore. They now call it CRA.
Yes...10am
Thier a parking attendant close to the court house that i hear is $5 to hold till your out
You'll have to go to the court house to request such a form. This isn't a web page for the courts. It's Google.
