After the nightmare experience with Safelite, I decided to try these guys out. And I have too say I am very glad that I did. I had the pleasure of the owner working on my vehicle. This man was on point with his work. Safelite told me I needed all new molding, I had to put my car in the body shop, if they break something they are not responsible for it, on and on with excuse from them. This place was very assuring that the work was done right and on time, they show me every new piece of parts that was put on, the work was done in a very timely way. I am definitely a customer for life with them.

Back in 2016 I bought a new pickup truck and was recommended by First Ford. They did a great job. However I never had to deal with them. So my son bought a truck from the same dealer and since they did a great job on my truck . I recommended my son to have his windows tinted at Spindle City in FallRiver. So he made the appointment and it was a ways out for an available appointment. When the day came and his windows were tinted. He picked up his truck and there were countless bubble and debris between the tint and the glass. When my son called them about the bubbles and debris in the tint. They were extremely rude told him the bubbles would go away and told him there wasn’t any debris without even looking at it and hung up the phone on him. A few day went by and the bubbles did go away and he brought the truck back for them to see the debris in the tint. He was given an appointment to fix the mentioned defects. So when he brought the truck back the owner was extremely rude and made us feel like it was our fault some how and verbally attacked my son (19) and they started with attitude towards me when I called him out on the prep or lack of and that’s why there was debris. He got defensive and asked us to leave. They did replace the tint in question. However I would never use them again based off of this past experience and would not recommend them to anyone. If you are considering using them. Just don’t expect to be treaded very well.

Someone broke into my car, breaking my drivers side window. Rick & team made the whole process extremely painless. They were able to have the window repaired the same day I called them and they even cleaned out all of the broken glass in my car for me. They were extremely professional & all very polite while I was there. Thanks guys for making this unwanted experience an easy one to deal with! Highly recommended for all glass needs!
