I'm a hard-working single mom who recently purchased a mattress from you, but the mattress is defective. Within a week at my house, the middle of the bed was sinking and gave me crazy back Pain. I’m now going to see a physical therapist to help with my back issues due to this mattress situation. I reached out to modern furniture several times until they sent a tech to inspect the mattress. He came take some pictures and notes. Then a few hours later, the sales associate followed up with me about the inspection. It’s was a Friday. He promised to call back on Monday to confirm the replacement of my mattress. I even offered to purchase another one. Anyway, it has been over four weeks, I never heard back from anyone from the MODERN FURNITURE STORE. I understand you are not a big franchise, but I assume you want good reviews and returning customers., I’m very disappointed and annoyed with this situation. I still need to change that mattress that’s currently hurting my back. 🙄😒

Beyond exceptional.. above infinity and beyond... The owner is amazing well rounded.. ready able and willing to work with you on just about anything reasonable .. you could not find a better mom and pop store that has been around this long(I know because I lived across the street from them for 20 years and their courtesy was extended to my parents back then as it is to me now)

I purchased a bed today. Not only were the prices great. BUT the salesman who helped my Mom and I was outstanding. Very polite, funny, and made sure that I knew exactly what I was buying. He took the time to listen to us, answered our questions & was an all around great person do do business with! I can not say enough great things about my experience today. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars. Cause I'd give them 1000 stars if I could! I'd HIGHLY recommend buy from this store!
