GM w/ the bald head has a horrible attitude. Tried signing my guest up for membership, which I would have had no problem paying $25 for them but he handled it so poorly and physically started shaking that it made me decide to cancel my membership. Plenty of other gyms in the area that don’t have poor management and handle situations with some professionalism.

Still a member but…when signing up the manager promised extended or 24 hour access in the near future and the heavy bags currently on site would be installed that week. I delayed signing up until one of those key amenities was included. The manager called me 2 days later promising the bags would be hung that week. Here we are a year later, and after several follow up inquiries it seems I was told whatever is needed to get my membership. Tried to resolve this directly. My family signed up and received a similar message. The equipment is in good shape, includes a full size court, clean, turf training area, trainers appear to be pretty great. Hoping they make it right.

This place is a joke and the “salesman” is even more of a clown with his snarky attitude. GREAT way to treat a first time Potential but definitely not any more customer. I Called like Two weeks prior to see if they give out trial passes which a very nice lady told me they do and sent everything over very helpful and greeting. I come in today to finally give it the 2 day trial a shot, and bald head told me nothing he can do that I’ve already used it back in January as he chuckled which I never have since I’m newly to Florida. Automatic joke of a process and establishment first thing I experience.

Very clean and modern. Seems like they must have refurbished things since swapping names from LA Fitness to Esporta. Wish they had jacuzzi and sauna like some locations but that was missing unfortunately. Everything else was in great shape.
