I stopped by the Dunedin location last evening with a concern about my Rainx wiper blades not cleaning the car windshield. Ron was helpful,we used Sprayway to clean windshield and all is well. Excellent customer service!

Terrible customer service at this location! Whoever answered the phone at 5:40pm on 5/3/2022 was extremely rude. No acknowledgment after I asked a question, once he ended up letting me know the part I was looking for was not listed, I said “ok thank you, bye” AND he just hangs up….

We had a terrible experience tonight with two tires going flat while we were in Dunedin. We happened to be across the street from O’Reilly Auto Parts. A young man named Caden came to our rescue and brought his air machine to pump up our tires. Triple A was going to be an hour. We were so grateful for his help he wouldn’t let us pay him or even give him a tip. Thank you Caden for saving our evening. Nice young man - parents you should be proud.
