First it was LA Fitness. Then it becomes Esporta. Now back to LA Fitness. Love the gym but corporate has to get their act together. Its very confusing for the members of both. You are one parent company that has found a way to stiff your members out of money by making the exact same product be called by 2 different brands, thus manipulating membership prices. You decided to make it an Esporta, honor that decision and let people hold memberships to both use the facility without robbing us of another $10 per visit.

Pros: large facility, plenty of cardio equipment, sauna’s are fantastic and get really hot. Nice training area with a versatile selection to choose from. Cons: extremely dirty, the floors are always covered in sweat/dirt/dust. A lot of equipment goes weeks without being repaired, the showers have mold growing inside of them, handles and towel hooks are ripped off the wall and never replaced. It’s a shame the maintenance of this facility is not properly cared for. Considering how many people visit this location you would think there is enough business coming in to pay for proper cleaning.

This location is conducive to my busy schedule, however I strongly dislike coming here. It is always dirty, staff (primarily the females) are very snooty- they DO NOT greet you, they do NOT acknowledge your presence and they DO NOT thank you for coming in. The floors are sticky, dirty, and if you look under the equipments-they are dusty! Most members do not put away the weights after each use & can't remember the name of the previous Manager, but he actually walked around and politely remind the members to be courteous & to put weights back. The Manager of this location & the staff need to do better.
