The location on Sheridan near Delaware is excellent. The food is delicious, prepared fresh, orders placed are filled accurately and the staff is always awesome

Ordered lunch for my family today. Very clearly asked my kids what they wanted. Yet, my son changed his mind AFTER they brought the food. I was fully prepared to make him eat what he ordered but the staff were wonderful and offered to make him the other item he wanted without additional charge AND let us keep his original order.

Comfortable spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I stop in daily for a cup of coffee while teleworking. Bring the family for the lunch and dinner deals. Great place with plenty of space; top notch customer service from the staff on the floor.

I am not 100% sure but I think it is lack of Employees as all the locations are running on shortened hours
